Clariause Whistleblowing Portal

This is a secure and confidential channel for questions, concerns or to report breaches of the Clariause Code of Conduct, including those provided for in Law no. 93/2021 of December 20.
Communications made through this Reporting Channel can relate to any matter specified in the Code, also including acts of harassment or discrimination, theft and damage to property, or acts of fraud and corruption (in the public and private spheres).

Complaints are received by Clariause's human resources department, which will ensure that they are dealt with professionally and confidentially.
Complaints by Clariause employees or third parties must be based on information obtained in the course of their professional activity, regardless of the nature of this activity and the sector in which it is carried out.

The complaint is made by filling in a form, completely anonymously if you wish. The Whistleblowing Portal guarantees the completeness, integrity and preservation of the complaint, the confidentiality of the identity of the complainant and their personal data, as well as that of the accused, and the confidentiality of the communications received.
Whenever you do not wish to remain anonymous, your identity will only be known to those strictly necessary to deal with the specific case.
